Once you have paid for your ticket, you will be asked how you would like to receive your ticket. Usually you have two options: as a mobile ticket in your VVT Tickets app or as a PDF ticket to print out. The exception here are KlimaTickets.

Mobile ticket: You need a smartphone (Android or iOS), the installed VVT Tickets app and a VVT account. After purchasing the ticket, click on the "On my mobile phone" option. If you now start your VVT Tickets app on your smartphone and are logged in, a little ticket with your trip will appear on the app’s start page. You can access your ticket there at any time by clicking Show ticket.

PDF ticket: After purchasing the ticket, click on the “As PDF ticket" option and then “Create PDF ticket now”. A preview of your ticket will then be displayed on the screen. Click the Print PDF tickets link just below this. This allows you to save the PDF ticket on your computer and print it out in A4 format on white paper. At the same time you will receive an email with a link to the PDF ticket. You can also download and print your PDF ticket from there later on. The PDF ticket is only valid together with photo ID.

KlimaTicket Tyrol or Regionen: When you purchase your KlimaTicket in the app, you only receive it digitally on your mobile phone in the app. You will no longer receive an additional plastic card.
