Ticketshop New mobile phone or lost old mobile phone

What happens if I buy a new phone or lose my old phone?

The smartphone must be fully functional for a valid ticket to be presented. The ticket is specific to the device, i.e. it is only valid on the mobile phone on which the VVT Tickets app is installed and only on one device at the same time. The ticket cannot be sent, however it can be transferred to a new device.

New device
If you change mobile phones, the app must be deleted from the old device and installed on the new mobile phone. Existing tickets, such as the KlimaTicket, can be transferred from the old mobile phone to the new one. To do this, click the ticket in the app, scroll down and click on “Receive ticket differently". Now the ticket can be transferred to the new device.

Lost device
If you lose your mobile phone, please contact the Customer Centre to report the loss. A new ticket will be issued which can be transferred to the new mobile phone. The old ticket will then no longer be valid.
