I have submitted an application for compensation and have not received any feedback yet. Does the company have to meet a deadline?

According to the EU passenger rights regulation, the railway company has one month to process your application and make the payment. This period starts with the receipt of the complete application by the railway company.

The legal basis is Article 17(2) of Regulation (EU) no. 1371/2007.
