Yes, with the VVT piggyback bonus, children with a parent's KlimaTicket travel free during school holidays. On weekends, public holidays and during school holidays (valid according to the VVT calendar), KlimaTicket holders may take their own children under the age of 15 free of charge on all local public transport in Tyrol.

The prerequisite for using the piggyback bonus is the "EuregioFamilyPass" (formerly "Juff Familienpass"), which must be presented to the inspection staff. The piggyback bonus applies to parents with a valid KlimaTicket and all children under the age of 15 listed on the pass.
