Ticketshop VVT Flexirate

I bought my Flexirate online, how is it inspected/validated?

The VVT Flexirate is not a ticket, but a zone credit. Customers receive 3 zones free when they buy 10 and therefore have 13 zones on their VVT Flexirate credit account for the price of 10.

The credit balance in the VVT Flexirate must be converted into a ticket before departure. To do this, select Flexirate during the payment process when purchasing an Einzelticket and the corresponding zones will be deducted from the credit.

For bus trips in regional transport, the online ticket (on the screen or as a printout) must be presented when boarding the bus. It is not validated - it automatically expires. In the case of personalised (named) tickets, photo ID must also be carried to prove your identity to the inspection staff (e.g. train attendants).

You can find out how much zone credit is left online at any time.
