There is the possibility of immediate cancellation within one minute, e.g. if an input error was made. However, an online ticket that has already been issued as a PDF cannot be cancelled. According to the fare conditions, cancellation can be carried out personally online or customers can contact the nearest sales office or the VVT Customer Centre.
